VINTAGE

The 2008 growing season was not accompanied with a lot of rainfall. Small amounts of irrigated water was strategically applied, so that the fruit arrived at harvest with great mouth feel and intense fruit flavours. The fruit was hand picked last week in February, before the record heat wave of 2008.
