Aroma; Powerful yet fragrant Cabernet nose.
Floral and leafy notes; the essence of Cabernet.
Also some blackberry and smokey Oak.
Palate; Rich and supple with lovely fine grained tannins.
Hints of violets.
Assessment; A beautiful, aromatic wine with a rich, complex flavour and drying savoury textured finish.
Serve; Enjoyed with pink grilled lamb chops.
Cellaring; Built to last, cellaring up to 12 years.
